Complete teardown to bare rail foundations with media blasting, dimensional alignment checks, boxed reinforcements, and chemical rust sealing.

Hand-formed floor pans, rocker channels, and replacement cab corners shaped on English wheels and bead rollers to match original factory stampings.

Modern disc brake conversions, updated steering boxes, rebuilt vintage V8 engines, and custom wiring harnesses designed for dependable road miles.

Metal Ethic

Zero body filler repairs

Quick cosmetic shops rely on polyester glazes to hide rotted cab corners and compromised rocker panels. Our fabrication team cuts every trace of oxidation back to clean base metal, patterning replacement patches directly from virgin 18-gauge cold-rolled sheet.

Each joint is TIG welded with consistent thermal penetration, planished flat with hand dollies, and sealed against mountain road salt. We photograph every weld bead before primer application so owners retain complete structural documentation.
